License
When you enroll, WealthNexus Analytics India Pvt Ltd, operating as WealthNexus Analytics ("we"), grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the course materials for your own education. You do not own them.
What you may not do
You must not: (a) share your login, link or passcode with anyone; (b) record, screen-capture, photograph, download or copy any live session, recording, slide or document; (c) share, upload, forward, sell or distribute any materials, including on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Reddit, YouTube or file-sharing sites; or (d) use the materials to create or teach a competing course or product.
Ownership
All content is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other Indian laws, and all rights are reserved. We may issue takedown notices and pursue remedies for infringement, including injunctions and damages.
Watermarking and monitoring
Replays display your name and email, and may carry other identifying marks. You consent to our using these, and viewing records, to trace unauthorized sharing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sessions are recorded
Live sessions are recorded. By attending you consent to the recording of your voice, image, name and chat messages, and to recordings being made available to enrolled students. If you do not consent, keep your camera and microphone off and do not post in chat.
Fees and refunds
Fees are those stated on our website or confirmed to you in writing when you enroll, plus applicable GST. Our refund policy applies to your purchase.
Breach
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access immediately without refund, and seek injunctive relief, damages and legal costs where the law permits.
Samples
Trial or sample sessions are for your personal evaluation only and must not be shared. Access ends on the date stated.
Education only; not investment advice
This course is general, impersonal education. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing here is investment advice, a research recommendation, or a call to buy, sell or hold any security or other instrument, or tailored to your situation. Device and access limits
Each account is for one person and may be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or the course will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India. Version 2026-10-11.
